As spring time approaches… I love making salads. Instead of store bought dressings I love to make my own.
The one I use the most often is a Simple Red Wine Vinaigrette, that is only three indigents. Red Wine Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh ground pepper.
1/2 cup of Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 tablespoon of Freshly Ground Pepper ( Or to your taste)
Put ingredients into a bottle( I use a small 8.5 fl ounce olive oil bottle, which makes a full bottle) close the lid and shake for a few seconds to make sure everything is mixed together.
